Mac Blitz & Glitz Fluidline

Hi everyone,

I got Mac Blitz & Glitz fluidline couple of weeks ago and I must admit- I love it.
I am not a fan of black eye liners, as its just too dark for my pale skin and its too easy to get it wrong.
I have been using Benefit Strut cream eye shadow/liner for many months now and although I absolutely love the dark grey-silvery colour I'm not so keen on texture. It applies easily, but tends to flake slightly by the end of the day. So I decided to get Blitz & Glitz instead.
The texture of this product is absolutely amazing- its very creamy and just glides on easily. Its very pigmented and I use only small amount of it to everyday look. I usually layer it for more dramatic look for a night out.
The colour itself is mix between grey/dark brown and black with tiny gold flecks in it.
Its waterproof and stays on all day. Even after the gym my eye liner looks flawless- no smudging, flaking or fading. Absolutely love it!
Well worth £14 price tag.

OPI Diva of Geneva nail polish

Hi everyone,
Every time we get the delivery of new OPI products for our website and store I get so tempted to keep couple of shades for myself. Diva of Geneva from OPI Swiss colection is one of them. Probably one of my favourite nail polishes ever. It earns me lots of compliments every day.
I usually apply two coats and finish off with Sally Hansen clear top coat- that way my nails stay flawless for up to a week.
Its medium dark deep plum colour with gold shimmer. It looks great on my pale winter skin. Haven't tried it on my toes yet, but I'm sure it will look just as gorgeous.

Fashion trends autumn/ winter 2010/ 2011

y It is July now and for a change we are having marvellous weather this summer; however this is time to think what are we going to wear this autumn/ winter. And as much as I hate cold weather and short, gloomy winter days I absolutely love new fashion trends for autumn/winter 2010/2011.

This year fashion is going to be so sexy with knee high boots, soft leather pieces, fur, lace and RED colour that’s on almost every catwalk this season.

I just love simple and symmetric lines, perfect tailoring, feminine pieces combined with military or masculine elements.

Designers are using simple tailoring and minimalism to emphasize the luxury of the fabrics.

Fur is everywhere this season not only used in coats and jackets. Karl Lagerfeld has created complete fur outfits. At Kenzo we can see shopping bags and body warmers covered in fur. Most fashion used synthetic fur, like Chanel, to create their collections.

Lace will be a big this fall-winter. We can see it in feminine Givenchy tops or Dolce & Gabbana, Paul& Joe and other collections.

Leather can be seen at Hermès, DNKY, Diesel Black, DSquared2, Bottega Veneta, Dior, Céline, Balmain. Trench coats, leather trousers, leather jackets or even a whole leather-look. Luxury soft leather is one of the key elements for the next season.

Femininity is present in most collections for example Dior with airy fabrics, sheer materials with chic fur and leather details. I love Burberry collection with its light fur-coats, skirts that narrow down to knees, pleated dresses and lacy blouses.

Military trend is still present in many collections with trench coats and military jackets . The classic Burberry look was replaced by a more grunge one for fall/winter season. Thigh-high boots, coats and military jackets in surprising colors such as electric blue and green.collections with trench coats and military jackets .The classic Burberry look was replaced by a more grunge one for fall/winter season. Victoria's Secret hand and body cream and lotion

I love Victoria’s Secret Sweet Temptation body cream so much. When applied in the morning the gorgeous scent lasts all day. When applied just before bed...skin is just so silky and scented in the morning. I have been using them for few years now and just can’t get enough.

I keep trying new scents and sometimes I mix together two- for new original scent. And I absolutely love the body mist- it’s so refreshing yet not overpowering.

My all time favourite is Pure Seduction.

Green tea for beauty

I have been drinking green tea for years now. When I tried it for the first time I absolutely loved the refreshing taste.

In winter I have it with fresh grated ginger for warming and soothing effect (fantastic for digestion and immunity too). In summer it's great with ice cubes and fresh slices of lime and lemon for cooling and refreshing drink. But best thing about green tea is- I know it’s just so good for me- packed with antioxidants it keeps skin clear and protected from free radicals; it has anti cancerous properties and keeps waist slim and trim.
